OK so Holiday Weekends are terrible for me because I eat like crap before, during, and after. So now I have to get back on the wagon.
Yesterday I ate pretty well,
Cheerios and milk (fat free) and 16oz of H2o
Chicken salad, grilled chicken, celery, dill and low-fat mayo on WW wheat bread. H2o
1 piece of cracker barrel cheese (LF), Carrots and hummus.
Salad (LF) dressing, 1 Small piece of french bread, and Pasta with sausage and peppers, low fat mozzarell, grated Parmesan. about 1 1/2 cups. H2o
Its not bad but I could have used chicken sausage, and Dream field Farms Pasta but I love Barilla
I did walk the dog about 1.5 miles (he is on a diet too).
Starting tomorrow I will put point values down... I am on weight watchers now so maybe this will keep me on track.
