Starting OVER

OK so Holiday Weekends are terrible for me because I eat like crap before, during, and after. So now I have to get back on the wagon.
Yesterday I ate pretty well,
Breakfast
Cheerios and milk (fat free) and 16oz of H2o

Lunch
Chicken salad, grilled chicken, celery, dill and low-fat mayo on WW wheat bread. H2o
1 piece of cracker barrel cheese (LF), Carrots and hummus.

Dinner
Salad (LF) dressing, 1 Small piece of french bread, and Pasta with sausage and peppers, low fat mozzarell, grated Parmesan. about 1 1/2 cups. H2o
Its not bad but I could have used chicken sausage, and Dream field Farms Pasta but I love Barilla

I did walk the dog about 1.5 miles (he is on a diet too).

Starting tomorrow I will put point values down... I am on weight watchers now so maybe this will keep me on track.

Diet Watch

So I went to Weight Watcher's on Friday and since the last time I went a few months ago. I only gained .6 lbs which isn't bad. So this week I vow to be down 2lbs and I will hit the gym at least 3 times this week.
I actually think I might hit the gym today. I know its Mother's Day but its one of the few days this week I can go.

Diet Watch

Wow its been awhile since I've posted anything. I though since I would be home laid off, I would have more to blog about. Nope this has not been the case. The only interesting thing is that I've gained about 8lbs and I've spent more on grocery's than I have in about 3 years. I am always at the grocery store, plus I Peapod about once every 2 weeks. So I'm starting something new...
(since i couldn't fit into any of my summer clothes this weekend, too small)

I am going on a diet and I am going to start exercising. I really just want to fit into last years stuff.
Starting Friday, I'm going back to Weight Watchers and back to the gym on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
I'll let you know how it goes...

St Patricks Day 2009

The Craziness after a few drinks & Irish Car Bombs

For the past 9 years (we did missed 1 we had to go to a wedding it was awesome!)but we always spent it with the O'Toole Family, usually at their pub (O'Toole's)in Hopkinton. The pub closed about 2 years ago, so now we go to TD's, which is owned by Dana and Tricia (RIP). I really couldn't imagine not spending St Patty's with this family. So last night we got our drink on at TD's a few of the O'Tooles were there, Tommy, Steve, Cindy and of course Dana it was awesome. Here are some fun Pictures from last night !

St. Patricks Day Bento

This is Olivia's St Patrick's Day Bento, I have some errands to run on Monday so I packed her a lunch.

PB and Sticky Jam on a wheat roll-up, green bell pepper shamrock, shamrock cucumbers and broccoli, Strawberries and grapes (shamrock), green vanilla yogurt with sprinkles and ranch dressing in the red container.

American Idol ... Song Choice ??

OK so I am slightly obsessed with American Idol. Last night was not as bad as its been but it was still pretty bad ... The first 5 singers made me want to cover my ears (my dog even left the room).
What is wrong with those kids song choice is key ..... seriously could we pick a song from at least last year ???? Ugggg
You made it to the Top 36 people step it up ...
The only ones that didn't make me want to cringe last night were:
Lil Round's, Felicia, Kristen (and she is 3 kinds of crazy), Scott, and Jorge.

I think the 3 that are moving on will be Lil Rounds, Felicia and Scott.
I don't think we will be seeing much of Nathaniel and his head bands any time soon.
